Returning your item is quick and easy – just follow these simple steps:

🌟 Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  • Click the account icon (top right corner of our website) and sign in using the email address you used to place your order.
  • A 6-digit code will be sent to your email – enter it to access your account securely.

📦 Step 2: Find Your Order

  • Once you're logged in, head over to "My Orders" and select the order that includes the item you’d like to return.

🔁 Step 3: Request a Return

  • Click on "Request a Return" or "Return Items" to start the return process.
    It only takes a moment!

✅  Select which item(s) to return
✅  Choose a reason for return
✅  Add any notes (if needed)

✉️ Step 4: Wait for Approval & Return Instructions

  • After we review your request, we’ll send you:
  • return label(s)
    for sending your item back

💸 Step 5: Send It Back & Get Your Refund

  • Pack your item safely
  • Ship it back using the provided instructions
  • We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive it!

Guidelines for Using Glooms in Heat/Sunlight:

  • Exposure to Sunlight: Limit extended exposure to direct sunlight or high heat. Brief exposure is generally fine, but continuous sunlight can potentially cause damage. Avoid leaving your Glooms in direct sunlight for too long. Wearing them under the sun for extended periods, however, will not harm the slippers.

  • High Temperatures: Keep them away from extreme heat sources, such as leaving them outdoors all day in hot weather.

  • Storage Tips: Store your Glooms in cool, shaded areas and avoid heated spaces for prolonged periods.

Following these tips will help preserve their durability and keep them in great condition.

We ship orders on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 24 hours after they are placed. The estimated delivery time is between 10-15 days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. Ensure that all shipping details are correct. If there are any errors or missing information, you may need to contact us to update the details, which could result in delays in receiving your order.

Your order will be delivered by a local postal service. Make sure to provide your complete address; otherwise, the package may be returned to us.
